Privacy policy

This policy explains how we handle the personal data you send us through the enquiry form. The website uses no cookies and no analytics tools that would track you.

Who processes your data

The data controller is Ubytování Rynholec, Company ID 04101880, e-mail Pergler.michal (at) seznam.cz.

What data and why

• Your name, e-mail and optionally phone number, so that we can reply.
• Dates of stay, number of guests, purpose of stay and your message, so that we can prepare an offer.

We process the data only to handle your enquiry and, if applicable, to conclude an accommodation contract. The legal basis is steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

How long

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months at the latest. If you stay with us, we keep the data for as long as the law requires (for example the guest register and accounting records).

Who else has access

Form messages are delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), and we manage e-mail with Email.cz by Seznam.cz. FormSubmit may process data outside the European Union on the basis of standard contractual clauses or a European Commission adequacy decision. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your rights

• request access to, correction or deletion of your data,
• request restriction of processing and object to it,
• receive your data in a machine-readable format,
• lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
